At Dominion Dog Walking, your dog’s safety and enjoyment always come first. Here’s how we make sure every adventure is fun and safe:

100% Focus on Your Pup: When we’re out with your dog, our attention is 100% on them and their pack. No cell phones, texting, or AirPods — just watching, listening, and responding to signs of fatigue, stress, or any potential issues.

All Dogs Vetted: Before joining a hike or adventure, every dog is personally vetted to make sure they’re a good fit for the group.

Small Groups, Big Care: Each Canine Adventure Guide handles a maximum of two dogs, and hikes are always led by two or more guides for added safety, supervision, and support.

Always on Leash: Even the best-behaved dogs stay on leash during our hikes. This keeps your dog, other people, wildlife, and the environment safe.

Canine First Aid Kit: A fully stocked first aid kit is always with us, just in case.

Fresh Water On Hand: We carry fresh water and portable bowls so your dog stays hydrated and cool throughout the adventure.

Veterinary Emergencies: In the extremely rare event of an emergency, we know the nearest vet and can get care immediately. We’ll cover initial costs and follow veterinarian recommendations if you’re not available — so your dog never waits for help when it’s needed.
